A SIMPLE WAY TO MAKE BURGER PATTIES

I cut the Ground Meat into 6 squares per pound (454g) as shown. Then I put the patties in baggies and flatten them with a turner.

CUBE POTATOES LIKE A PRO using a PREP Solutions FRENCH FRY CUTTER:

Step 1. PEEL THE POTATOES AND slice them about 1/2 INCH (12mm) thick.

Step 2. PUT NO MORE THAN 2 SLICES on the French Fry cutter at a time. AS SHOWN

*NOTE: I know there are NO potatoes in cutter DEMO picture below.

Step 3. I PUT THE "PUSHER COVER" ON THE CUTTER and use BOTH HANDS ABOUT 2 INCHES(50mm) ABOVE THE CUTTER PUSHER COVER and GIVE IT A FIRM PUSH DOWN, but not "TOO" firm.
I FOUND IT WILL NOT WORK FOR ME JUST PUSHING DOWN.

Step 4. REPEAT steps 1-3 as needed.

CAUTION: FOLLOW ALL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. This cutter is for French Fry cutting. It may work for cubing soft foods like yellow squash and zucchini; however, it is designed for French fry cutting. (I bent the blades in mine when I tried to cube raw carrots.)

I got my Prep French Fry Cutter at Walmart for about 18 US Dollars.
