HAMBURGER, WHOLE WHEAT ENGLISH MUFFIN, EGG & GRAVY
The gravy has a light sprinkle of salt. The English muffin label says 250mg of Sodium. Egg is unsalted. I estimate the whole breakfast has about 300-350 mg of sodium.
GRAVY INGREDIENTS: One heaping Tablespoon of Flour, Hamburger drippings , One Teaspoon of Earth Balance Buttery Spread or Butter, Half a teaspoon of Olive Oil & 3/4 Cup of Almond Milk or Milk.
GRAVY DIRECTIONS: Bring the frying pan with the drippings to a little more than low heat. Add the Flour, Butter and Oil then stir with a Turner until mixed well. Add the the Milk and Stir with a plastic Slotted Spoon on its Side until the desired consistency is reached. Take the pan off the Burner and let cool. Note: If the gravy gets too thick add a little water.
