EASY BREAKFAST MEALS & ENTREES


CHICKEN OMELETTE BURGER



INGREDIENTS:


3 oz(85g) GROUND CHICKEN,  

2 EGGS

1 tbs(45ml) CUT UP ROASTED BELL PEPPER

3 Tablespoons (45ml) of Almond Milk or Milk

OPTIONAL: TWO EGGS - ONE YOLK or TWO EGG WHITES


INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1. Crack the eggs in a deep bowl & add the ground chicken

Step 2. Add the Almond Milk & Mix the eggs with a whisk or a fork

Step 3. Heat a non-stick frying pan to over 150℉(66 ℃) degrees

Step 4. Pour the egg mix into the pan. Set the stove burner to a "LOW" heat, Cover with a lid & cook until it looks ready to turn over. This is a bit tricky to get it just right.

If one has a rough time getting it right; they can use the turner to cut the egg mix into pieces and make scrambled eggs instead.


HAMBURGER on an ENGLISH MUFFIN & GRAVY
(or Sausage Biscuit & Gravy)


  • SHOWN INGREDIENTS:  Hamburger on an English Muffin with Gravy

  • GRAVY INGREDIENTS:   One heaping Tablespoon of Flour, Hamburger drippings , One Teaspoon of Earth Balance Buttery Spread or Butter, Half a teaspoon of Olive Oil & 3/4 Cup of Almond Milk or Milk.

  • GRAVY DIRECTIONS:   Bring the frying pan with the dripping to a little more than low heat. Add the Flour, Butter and Oil then stir with a Turner until mixed well. Add the the Milk and Stir with a plastic Slotted Spoon on its Side until the desired consistency is reached. Take the pan off the Burner and let cool. Note: If the gravy gets too thick add a little water.
