THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BUYING PRODUCTS AND PROPERTY

WHY IS CHOOSING SO IMPORTANT?

When I was about 14, my father wanted to buy a house in the middle of the trees in Sykesville, Maryland. It was a two-story house with a full attic. I thought it would be fun to be able to have a roost in the attic where I could look out the window at the tree top level. I didn't consider stores and where would I work when I got older.

Years later my father wanted to buy property and build a house in Yarnell, AZ. Today it has a population of about 800 people.

When I was about 30 I wanted to move to the Christopher Creek area in Arizona. Population in 2020 - 123 people.

When I was 35 I wanted to move near the Zane Grey's cabin in northern Arizona. In June of 1990 the Dude Fire burned 28,000 acres and the cabin was burned to the ground.

BOTTOM LINE: Most of us do not think about the WHAT IF when buying This page is about WHAT IF CHOICES.

WE SUDDENLY GET OUR DREAM JOB AND HAVE A LOT OF MONEY TO BUY OUR DREAM home a TRI-LEVEL 3,500 HUNDRED SQUARE FOOT HOUSE ON A HIGH HILL - BUT?

What if we have an accident or illness that leaves us in a Wheelchair or worse we go blind. How will we get up and down stairs or perhaps even find the stairs.

How about that wonderful house out in the country we have dreamed of - 15 miles from town and suddenly we need to be closer to a doctor, a hospital or medical equipment.

How about buying a house on a narrow winding road.

Case in point: My mother and brother lived on a hill and on a country road that was so narrow I was terrified to drive on it when I got older.
