  WHAT'S for DINNER?  

EASY TO MAKE DINNER ENTREES AND MEALS
VEGETABLE & CHICKEN STEW

INGREDIENTS

  • INGREDIENTS: Browned Popcorn sized -Unbreaded- Chicken, *Pinto Beans, Green Beans, Yellow Squash, Zucchini Squash, Carrots & Sliced Potatoes .
    *Or For a little Chili Flavor add a small amount of canned Chili beans rinsed in a Bowl for a Chili taste but not too hot.

  • DIRECTIONS:  

      1. Boil the Squash separately as squash cooks a lot faster. And boil the rest of the vegetables in a pan for about 45 minutes on low to medium heat or to the desired tenderness.
      2. Fry the Chicken until golden brown and turn often.
      3. Place the Carrots and sliced Potatoes in the bowl first.
      4. Then Add the other vegetables
      5. Then Add the Squash on top which is prone to fall apart.
      5. Then add the Chicken on top and mix in a little bit and a Teaspoon of Light Mayo and ketchup on top.

    Let Cool & Serve
