FRYING PAN RECIPES - WITH LESS OIL
OPEN FACE OMELETTE with diced ROASTED BELL PEPPER
INGREDIENTS: 2 EGGS 1 Tablespoon DICED ROASTED BELL PEPPER 3 Tablespoons (45ml) of Almond Milk or Milk OPTIONAL: TWO EGGS - ONE YOLK or TWO EGG WHITES
INSTRUCTIONS: Step 1. Crack the eggs in a deep bowl Step 2. Add the Almond Milk & Blend the eggs with an "electric mixer for a few seconds" or a whisk Step 3. Heat a non-stick frying pan to over 150℉(66 ℃) degrees Step 4. Pour the egg mix into the pan. Set the stove burner to a "LOW" heat and cook until it looks like is it ready to turn over. This is a bit tricky to get it just right.
If one has a rough time getting it right; they can use the turner to cut the egg mix into pieces and make scrambled eggs instead.
