"By All Means" Keep a safe distance from all vehicles while driving and be extra careful in congested areas and road construction zones.

DOUBLE KEY DEADBOLTS: Doors with Double Key Deadbolts: (Key Lock on the inside and outside of a door)

Many years ago I was told about an elderly couple who died in a fire because, as I was told, they put the key to the double CYLINDER deadbolt lock in a tray on a coffee table near the front door. Unfortunately, evidently they did not think to get the key when the fire started.

It is a wonderful thing to be able to have keys to things. But it is totally different when they pose Dangers to us.

STOREROOM:   Motorcycles, Gas Lawn trimmers, Lawn Mowers and anything that has a gasoline engine on it - SHOULD NEVER, NEVER BE PUT IN A STOREROOM THAT HAS A GAS WATER HEATER with a pilot light OR ANY PLACE WHERE GAS FUMES CAN CAUSE A FIRE .

Many years ago I was driving to work and the storeroom door from an outdoor access utility room was blown to the middle of the street because a Motorcycle was stored by a gas water heater.

About a month ago a mobile home near my house caught fire. What happened was they stored a lawn mower under the mobile home near the place where the gas water heater was located. To make a long story short, they no longer live there and the side area of the mobile home is in CHARRED RUINS.
