SMALL COOKER RECIPES & INSTRUCTIONS

CHICKEN NOODLE & SHELLS SOUP - 4 SERVINGS
INGREDIENTS:
One boneless skinned thigh - cut into chunks (or) 1.5oz(42.5g) Each: Banza Chickpea Spaghetti & Shells (@ Walmart or online)
1/2 cup(75g). Baked or Barbecued Beans 1. Small potato cut into small cubes 1. Thin sliced carrot 1. Celery stalk sliced sideways 2. Tablespoons of chopped roasted bell pepper 1. Chicken flavored bouillon cube 2. Finely chopped parsley sprigs with the stems removed
Fry the Chicken in a covered pan before putting it in the cooker. Add: ALL ingredients except the Chicken, Shells & Spaghetti Fill the pot with water until the ingredients are covered. Next: Plug in the cooker and select - high. After: Frying the Chicken, add the Chicken along with the Spaghetti and the Shells during the last hour of cooking time .
It takes about 3 hours cooking time on high for my slow cooker. Make sure the chicken reaches at least 160 degrees(71℃).
OPTIONAL:
1. Substitute Beef or Pork for the Chicken 2. Substitute Beef flavor bouillon cubes for Chicken flavor
The time for the soup to cook varies a lot. My small cooker takes about 5 hours and reaches about 192℉ (88℃) in a room that is 50℉(10℃) CREAMY CHICKEN SOUP - 4 SERVINGS
