BAKING CHICKEN IN A TOASTER OVEN

THE CHICKEN IS READY TO BAKE

THE CHICKEN IS IN THE OVEN


INGREDIENTS:1. Chicken Thighs or Chicken Breast. (Breasts may require a little oil to keep them form drying out so much.)
2. Paprika
3. Pepper
4. Aluminum Foil

Wash the chicken and put it in a 2 inch by 6 inch cake pan (Available in a 2 pack non-stick @ Walmart in the party section.)
Sprinkle 2 rows of Paprika and lightly sprinkle pepper on top of the chicken.

Tear a 12 inch square of aluminum foil and wrap it loosely over the cake pan. I do not poke holes in the foil with a fork because it lets out too much moisture and will dry out the chicken too much.

Place the cake pan in the toaster oven and set the temperature to 400 degrees and set the time for 30 minutes (Or Set the timer for 60 minutes if your toaster oven has a 60 minute timer). Set a timer or your cell phone timer for 30 minutes. When the time is up, reset the oven timer to 30 minutes.

A total of 60 minutes at 400 degrees has worked very well for me for a long time. Don't forget the oven mittens when the over is hot.
